Forest fires wreak havoc

Forest fires blamed on the unseasonably hot weather have devastated swathes of forestry and agricultural land across the country. A fire rages out of control in Nam Hai Van Forest in the central city of Da Nang's Lien Chieu District, yesterday afternoon. By 6.30pm yesterday the fire had destroyed an estimated 30ha of forest. An estimated 30ha of forest on Hai Van Mountain Pass in Lien Chieu District in Da Nang was destroyed by fire yesterday. The blaze was first discovered by rangers at 2pm yesterday in section 4A of eucalyptus forest. It quickly spread to section 11 on the top of Hai Van Mountain pass, 30km north of Da Nang city centre. About 500 soldiers, fire-fighters and local militia were mobilised to contain the fire, which was expected to continue into the next day. "It's so hard for us to approach the fire because the forest is more than 1,000m above sea level. This has prevented fire-fighters and rescuers from gaining access to the area," deputy head of Lien Chieu district's forest ranger section Phan Van Rong said. "The fire is particularly serious because the forest is near an airfield and an ammunition depot left over from the American War," he said, after hearing an explosion. According to local rangers, the fire could get out of control if it reached a nearby pine tree forest and Lien Chieu oil storage depot. Về mặt trị liệu, phải căn cứ vào đặc điểm phát triển của trẻ để áp dụng phương pháp giữ gìn bảo dưỡng, đây là cách thực hiện dễ dàng. Cách thực hiện như sau:

1. Điều chỉnh chế độ ăn uống của trẻ, tránh chỉ cho ăn một loại thức ăn; nên thường xuyên cho trẻ ăn các rau củ, hoa quả tươi ngon và mật ong, để tránh cho trẻ bị táo bón.

2. Hình thành thói quen đại tiện đúng giờ, tốt nhất một ngày đại tiện một lần.

3. Giữ gìn vệ sinh của hậu môn, nên rửa nước nóng sau khi đại tiện và trước khi đi ngủ hoặc dùng thuốc xông hơi bên ngoài như: thuốc xông hơi tổng hợp từ cây kinh giới, v.v… Làm như vậy có thể cải thiện được tuần hoàn máu ở cửa hậu môn, cần điều trị bệnh trĩ.

- Lưu ý: Đối với trẻ còn nhỏ, thường hay gặp bệnh sa trực tràng ( biểu hiện rất giống với bệnh trĩ), vì vậy khi trẻ có các biểu hiện như chảy máu, khối sa đỏ tươi, thì nên nghĩ đến bệnh sa trực tràng trước
